Program Description: 

Bite-sized Well-being During Uncertain Times: Evidence, Practice and Resources to Share training covers evidence based approaches to managing psychological well-being, burnout and resilience.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians and nurses. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe symptoms of burnout.
  2. Discuss adverse patient outcomes associated with burnout.
  3. Demonstrate the completion of emotional exhaustion profiles and verbalize what those results mean.
