The CEPO CE Activity Application is our tool to submit an application to work with CEPO on creating a future CE accredited course.  This is not an application to apply for CE/CME credits for an event or course you have participated in. If you are looking to obtain CE/CME credits for an event or course that you have participated in, please refer to our Getting Started Tutorial for steps on how to obtain your credits.
