Winn-ACH Staff will have the opportunity to learn more about ways that providers can use de-escalation strategies in care settings. The Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior-Military (PMDB-M) program is the approved training program in preparing staff to manage verbal and non-verbal conflict within Winn-ACH and all DHA MTFs.
