Program DescriptionThe Lifestyle & Performance Medicine Lecture Series is intended for all health care professionals and health care leaders to learn more about the approach to patient care known as Lifestyle Medicine. The fourth lecture in the series is titled " Diet Wars: An evidence-based look at popular eating styles and their relationship to health.” This training will review the health pros and cons of select eating styles.

Program Description: Traumatic brain injury can cause a variety of symptoms affecting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning of those diagnosed. If not properly addressed, TBI can present complex and challenging problems for service members. This activity, hosted by the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence, will explore the domains of total force fitness to understand how this framework can support optimal treatment and recovery from TBI.
