ForwardOutpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) Update
Key policy updates in OBH will be provided to behavioral health leaders. There will also be a discussion on practical strategies for implementing targeted care workflows
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, social workers, and psychologists. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Learn how Outpatient Mental Health (OMH) fits within the larger Mental Health System of Care (MHSOC).
- Describe the key components of the Targeted Care Workflow, including vectoring, triage, intake, and case closure processes.
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs), and other clinic staff in workflow implementation.
- Discover how to interpret and apply Targeted Care specific metrics to assess workflow effectiveness and guide clinic management decisions.
