ForwardImproving Behavioral Health Treatment Outcomes: Leveraging Available Data for Behavioral Health Leaders
Teaching BH leaders how to improve patient reported outcomes using available metric and clinical data tools. This includes leveraging driver metric data and ancillary data/tools that were designed to guide the MTF in improvement efforts, and suggestions for acting on these data.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, social workers, and psychologists. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Explain why patient-reported BH outcomes are critical to improving readiness.
- Name the 3 buckets that we use to conceptualize our clinical metrics.
- Name our BH outcome metrics including new and updated metrics.
- Know how to access data for key clinical metrics and their drivers.
- Identify additional clinical outcome-focused data sources available to inform clinic outcome improvement.
