1. Getting Started

Log in or create an account to register for courses.

2. Viewing Your Activities

If you registered for an activity but have not completed it, the activity will be listed under "Pending Activities".

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the MY ACCOUNT tab and click MY COURSES under the dropdown.

3. Viewing and Printing Your Transcripts

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the MY ACCOUNT tab and click MY TRANSCRIPT under the dropdown.
  3. Click the download link(s) to download a PDF copy of your CE certificate(s).

NOTE: If you earned CE credits with CEPO prior to September 1, 2018, retrieve your certificate from the PESG learning management system by visiting https://me.cds.pesgce.com/user_login.php.

4. Resetting your Password

  1. Go to the Login portal and click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email/information and click the E-mail new password button.
  3. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the link and enter a new password.
  5. Click the Submit button to save your changes.

5. Retrieving Course Access Codes

Some courses require an access code to register. These courses are invite-only, meaning only people who receive the access code from the activity organizer may register and complete the course. CEPO does not provide access codes. Please contact your activity organizer for access to the course.  

6. Editing Your Account Details

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
  3. Click on the Edit tab to edit your account information.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes.

​​7. Updating Your User Profile

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the MY ACCOUNT tab and click EDIT PROFILE under the dropdown.
  3. Update your information under the Profile sub tab.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes.

8. Finding Your NPI Number

Go to the NPI Number Lookup.

11. Social Workers

PLEASE NOTE – FOR SOCIAL WORKERS LICENSED IN OKLAHOMA ONLY:

Please use “1001” as the “ACE provider number” in the Oklahoma Board online system for all DHA, J-7, Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO) approved courses that offer ACE credits.

ALL OTHER SOCIAL WORKERS:

If the Joint Accreditation Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) credit statement is not accepted on your Certificate of Completion by your state licensing board, please contact us at: dha.ncr.j7.mbx.continuing-education-office@health.mil for further assistance.
